Important information

• Pickup: free hotel pickup across Dubai and Sharjah. Your driver confirms the exact time on WhatsApp — please be ready in the lobby 10 minutes early.
• What to bring: closed shoes for dune activities, sunscreen, a light jacket for the evening, and your camera. Sand gets everywhere — that is part of it.
• Children: kids under 5 join free on shared tours; child pricing is shown in the booking panel. Tell us ages in advance so the drive can be paced accordingly.
• Cancellation: free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Rescheduling is free subject to availability.

Safety & suitability

• All dune driving is handled by licensed, experienced desert drivers — guests never drive the 4×4.
• Dune bashing is not advised during pregnancy or for guests with back or heart conditions. Choose a gentle-driving or no-bashing arrangement instead — we will set it up.
• Travelling with elderly guests, infants or mobility needs? Message us before booking so we can plan pickup, seating and pacing.
